This website (“Website”) has been created and developed by IBML, and all rights, including copyright, in the content of the Website and its web pages are owned or controlled by IBML.
This Website features information relating to the brands managed by IBML (“the Brands”).
You (“You” or "the User") are invited to access and use this Website on the basis of the Terms of Use set out below.

1. Terms of Use
a) By accessing the Website and using any content the User is deemed to have read and accepted these Terms of Use.
b) These Terms of Use will be modified from time to time and any continued use by the User of this Website following such change implies agreement to be bound by the modified Terms of Use.
2. Restricted Access
a) The Website makes available various web pages relating to the Brands which may be accessed and used on an agreed basis by registered users (“Registered Users”). Prior to gaining such restricted access, User must register with IBML by submitting the Registration Form which can be obtained by emailing IBML via this Website.
b) Upon registration, IBML will issue a unique password to the Registered User together with any additional terms of use of such restricted access materials. The password allows the Registered User to access materials contained in the Restricted Access area of the Website.
c) Any access or use of any such materials by Registered Users must be in accordance with any guidelines and/or separate terms issued by IBML, in addition to those referred to in these Terms of Use, which will be provided to Registered Users at the same time as confirmation of registration is notified.
d) Terms of Use relating to the use of restricted access materials include but are not limited to:
i) the Registered User supplying IBML with required personal information which is intended to verify that you are a Registered User and to enable you to use the Restricted Access area of the Website;
ii) where Registered Users have the ability to view and download the materials on the Website such download shall be for the purpose only of licensed product and packaging development, and for the creation of materials used to promote those products. This authorisation is not a transfer of title in the materials and copies of the materials and is subject to the following restrictions:
I) you must retain, on all copies of the materials downloaded, all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the materials;
II) you may not modify the materials in any way, distribute, or otherwise use them for any other purpose than those permitted by IBML; and

d) The Registered User will be solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of the password and must not reveal it to any unauthorised third party.
3. Privacy Policy and Personal Information
a) IBML exercises care to ensure that any personal information submitted by the User is properly dealt with. IBML is committed to meeting the requirements of all relevant laws and codes including the Data Protection Act 1998.
b) The only personal information that we will collect is the personal information that you provide to us when you register with us or which are required to register as a Registered User.
c) By using this Website and communicating electronically with IBML, the User acknowledges and agrees to IBML processing personal information.
d) IBML may use cookies in order to provide a better service or identify which pages on the Website are of special interest. If a User requires information about the purposes for which cookies are used, please email IBML via this Website.
d) Except as otherwise provided, IBML will not disclose any information processed by it to any third party, unless required to do so by law.
